O R D E R

The petitioner seeks the survey of a property bearing Survey No.117/29. It is stated that the petitioner submitted an application on 11.01.2021, but that no action was taken in respect thereto.

2. Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned counsel for the State, accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents and states that the request of the petitioner was rejected by a communication dated 16.07.2021. In view of the rejection of the petitioner's application, nothing survives of the present writ petition which is for a mandamus to consider the application dated 11.01.2021.

3. Accordingly, W.P(MD).No.13349 of 2021 is disposed of by leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order in accordance with law. There will no order as to costs.
