Heard the learned counsel on either sides.

2. The petition mentioned land to be surveyed. It appears that there is no rival claim. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that notice has been issued proposing to hold the survey on 12.07.2022 and the copy of the same has also been produced before this Court.

3. The respondents are directed to conclude the entire exercise and also serve the copy of the survey report after demarcating the boundaries on the petitioner.
