2. The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.
3. At this stage of hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners in all writ petitions submitted that it would suffice, if the representation of the respective petitioners, dated 24.04.2017, 10.04.2017 and 07.05.2017 respectively, are directed to be disposed of, by the respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.
5. In view of the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of these Writ Petitions and in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representations of the respective petitioners, dated 24.04.2017, 10.04.2017 and 07.05.2017 respectively, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording sufficient opportunity to the petitioner as well as the other interested persons, if any.
6. With the above direction, these Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
