ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner made a representation to the respondent No.3 on 09.04.2019 seeking to preserve the water body and hence, the writ petition.

2. Taking into consideration the aforesaid pendency of the representation made on 09.04.2019, the respondent No.3 is directed to pass appropriate orders on the same within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
