ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to Transfer the Investigation of the above case in Crime No.21 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other investigation agency for further and proper investigation.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.49 of 2025.
