This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.11326 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD) No.867 of 2024, dated 03.03.2025, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to stay at Nagapattinam and report before Nagapattinam Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. 1/3

2.The learned Counsel claims that this petitioner is not in a position to get any job opportunities at Nagapattinam and therefore he made a request that he will stay at Karur and will report before the Vengamedu Police Station, Karur.

3. In view of the above, the reporting police station is modified as ''Vengamedu Police Station, Karur''. The remaining conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.11326 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD) No.867 of 2024, dated 03.03.2025 are intact.
