ORDER

The grievance of the writ petitioner is that his application for compassionate appointment has not been considered. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the application submitted by the writ petitioner was taken into consideration and on 25.04.2019, his name was included in the list of eligible candidates, who are all waiting for compassionate appointment.

3.Thus, based on the scheme of compassionate appointment and in accordance with the seniority of the list of eligible candidates, who are all waiting for compassionate appointment, the case of the petitioner will be considered.

4.With this observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
