O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to cancel the forged document on the file of the third respondent in connection with the subject property on the basis of circular letter No. 41350/U1/2017 dated 20.10.2017 issued by Inspector General of Registration by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 05.05.2021. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the second respondent has already passed an order rejecting the application made by the petitioner and directing the parties to agitate their rights before the competent Civil Court. That apart, the learned Special Government Pleader also brought to the notice of this Court that there is already a suit pending in O.S.No.653 of 2018 before the Principal Subordinate Court, Dindigul in this regard.

3.In view of the above, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. It is made clear that the petitioner can agitate the dispute before the competent Civil Court. No costs.
