Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner participated in Group-I Service examination conducted by TNPSC in the year 2019. The petitioner claimed preferential treatment under PSTM category. In view of the decision reported in 2019 5 CTC 873 (R.Boominathan Vs. Secretary), the petitioner's claim no longer survives. However, by virtue of the interim order, she was allowed to write the examination.
3. The third respondent is directed to declare the petitioner's results forthwith and without any delay.
