ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.1647 of 2004 pending on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif, Dindigul.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 27.04.2026, I called for a report from the learned Additional District Munsif, Dindigul. She has sent a report dated 01.06.2026 stating that she will dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.1647 of 2004 within a period of six months. Consequently, the learned Additional District Munsif, Dindigul, is requested to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.1647 of 2004 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
