ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner by sub dividing the land in survey No.248/2 with an extent of 0.46.0 hectors in that to an extent of 30 cents situated at Veppalodai Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, Thoothukudi District based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2020 and 22.09.2020.
2. Since the respondents have not considered the same, this Court directs the respondents to consider and pass orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there is any rival claimants, the respondents shall issue notice to the petitioner as well as rival claimants and conduct proper enquiry and thereafter pass speaking order. 2/4
3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
