Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

2. The petitioner alleges that the third respondent had misconducted himself while discharging his duties as a surveyor. According to the petitioner, the third respondent has done so to favour the private parties. The petitioner has given a complaint before respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the third respondent.

3. This Court will not be justified in giving any positive direction to the authorities to take action against the third respondent. Now respondents 1 and 2 are seized of the matter. It is for them to take a call in the matter. 2/4
