Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.After going through the materials on record, I am satisfied that the petitioner will have to necessarily establish her status only before the jurisdictional Civil Court. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
