ORDER

I have consistently held that the revenue authorities will not interfere in the conduct of the customary religious practice. If there is any interse dispute between the groups, the aggrieved party must go before the civil Court and obtain relief. If any law and order arises, the authority will take action. In any event, the temple shall not be closed. Mandating the respondents to keep away from interfering with the settled customary practices, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
