ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta for the petition mentioned land. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the fifth respondent has filed O.S.No.124 of 2019 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Aruppukottai against the petitioner. It is still pending trial. The learned learned Principal District Munsif, Aruppukottai is disposed of O.S.No.124 of 2019 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the learned trial Judge to dispose of the suit in the 2/4

manner known to law based on the evidence available before it. The only direction that is given now is for time bound disposal and nothing else. Based on the outcome of the civil proceedings, the petitioner's rights will abide. The Registry is directed to mark a copy of this order to the learned Principal District Munsif, Aruppukottai.
