(Crime No.236/2019) : Respondent/Respondent Prayer in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.5460/2020 :- Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition No.1 in pursuant to the cash deposit to the sum of Rs.3,00,000/- alone enabling the petitioner to get back the deposited sum of Rs.3,00,000/- after depositing the RC Book effecting the name transfer in the name of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of return of vehicle in with the other conditions imposed by this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice.

This Criminal revision case is filed under sections 397 r/w, 401 of Cr.P.C., to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.348 of 2020, dated 31/01/2020 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai and direct them to return the vehicle Tipper Lorry bearing Registration No.TN.77 D 2003 to the Petitioner. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed by the petitioner and the earlier order of this Court dated 08.09.2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Senthilkumar, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.Chandra Sekar, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, this Court made the following order:

3.In view of the above, this petition is allowed and extension time is granted to the petitioner for a period of two weeks from t date of receipt of copy of this order.
