ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in connection with Crime No.19 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 341, 324 and 336 of IPC, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the offences are bailable in nature, however, he has wrongly filed this application for anticipatory bail. Hence, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
