Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.SAKTHIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition 4(iv) imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5390 of 2020, dated 26.06.2020.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a single day.

3. Recording the same this petition stands dismissed.
