ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 409 & 420 of IPC in Crime No.4 of 2016 seeks anticipatory bail.

2.According to the prosecution, the petitioner has withdrawn the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- from the SB Account of defacto complainant without his consent. Since the allegation is serious in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3.When this Court was about to dismiss the Criminal Original Petition on merits, the learned Counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the same and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
