O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey and fix boundary lines of the petitioner's property.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents.

3. The petitioner has made an application on 08.04.2025 based on a registered sale deed and also revenue records in favour of the petitioner.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 08.04.2025, after giving advance notice to the petitioner and the 3rd respondent about the proposed date of survey. Objections if any of the 3rd respondent shall be heard before 2/4

conducting survey and decided on merits and thereafter, the survey can be proceeded with, if petitioner is found to be entitled to such survey. In the event of the 1st respondent apprehending any breach of peace at the time of survey, the 1st respondent shall make necessary request to the jurisdictional police officials, who shall reciprocate by deputing necessary police persons to assist the 1st and 2nd respondents to conduct survey peacefully. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
