Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.ILAYARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in 1/3

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5590 of 2024 dated 12.04.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this Court, by order dated 12.04.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5590 of 2024, granted bail to the petitioner, with a condition that he shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. He further submits that since the petitioner is working at Valasaravakam, Chennai, he could not comply with the said condition. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to appear before the Valasaravakam Police Station, Chennai. Therefore, he has filed this modification petition.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is working at Valasaravakam, Chennai, this modification is allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5590 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 11/06/2024 / TRUE COPY / /06/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
