PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned auction notice issued by the first respondent dated 10.06.2022 by fixing the auction on 30.06.2022 and quash the same as illegal.

[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] Challenge in this writ petition is made to the auction notice dated 10.06.2022, issued by the respondent - Bank.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent - Bank submitted that the petitioner has complied with the conditional order dated 23.06.2022 passed by this Court in part and the respondent - Bank has also accepted the proposal of the petitioner for one time settlement of his dues.

3. The aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the respondent - Bank is not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
