ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in C.C.No.33 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The petitioner was absent during the trial C.C.No.33 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District . Therefore, NBW came to be issued. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy element. 4.Taking note of the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
