Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MOHAN GANDHI.S.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.VEERENDRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent and MR.A.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the Respondents No.2 to 5, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the defacto complainant. The accused was granted bail without any condition since at the relevant time, he was not employed. It is now stated that the husband of the petitioner has since taken employment.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the accused states that Thiru.Iyyappan / second respondent herein will deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) every month in the Bank account of the petitioner towards the maintenance of their child. This undertaking will come into force from this month onwards. Without prejudice to the right of the petitioner herein to claim the appropriate relief before the appropriate forum, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
