Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 2.By consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for disposal.

3.This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to give adequate protection for giving electricity service connection to the petitioner's well comprised in S.F.No.133-37B Punjai 0.020.0 ares, Sirumangalapatty Village, Illupur Taluk, Pudukottai at once.

4. There is a multiplicity of proceedings and the intention of the petitioner is going to one forum to another forum. The petitioner originally approached the Civil Court and he has obtained an order of interim injunction. Without following up that matter, he has approached this Court.
