ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute pertains to money transaction based on the complaint given by the third respondent.
2. According to the petitioners, the respondents 1 and 2 are interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioners and the third respondent and harassing them. Hence, this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submits that based on the compliant given by the third respondent, the second respondent called the petitioners for enquiry, that apart they have not harassed the petitioners.
4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the third respondent, recording the submission of the second respondent that they have not harassed the petitioners, only based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, they called the petitioners for enquiry and the same is pending, directs the second 2/4
respondent to conduct enquiry on the third respondent's complaint and dispose of the same within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to mention that if the matter pertains to money dispute and civil in nature, the second respondent has to follow the circular issued by the Additional Director General of Police in C.No. 18/ADGP/L&O/Camp/2024, dated 09.01.2024, in this regard.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
