This Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC., praying to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime No.14/2018 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same the petitioner concerned.

Order : This Petition coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the arguments of M/s.R.PON KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the 1st Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court had granted two weeks time to comply with the order of this Court, dated 05.07.2018 from the date of receipt a copy of that order. The petitioner filed this petition seeking extension of time. This Court had earlier extended the time limit to deposit the money. But, the order copy was made ready only on 04.12.2018.
