ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.218 of 2023, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148 and 302 of IPC, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, on 31.10.2023 at about 05.30 p.m., the petitioner along with other accused murdered the husband of the defacto complainant. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that this is the third anticipatory bail application and the petitioner herein is having seven previous cases to his credit. Also, he submits that the investigation is in the crucial stage.

5. Considering the antecedents of the petitioner and since there is no change in 2/3

circumstances after the dismissal of earlier petition, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
