ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.38 of 2020 dated 12.03.2020 and to file a final report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. 1/4

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submits that investigation in Crime No.7 of 2025 is going on and they will file a final report within two months before the jurisdictional Court.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court directs the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.38 of 2020 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
