Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of writ of mandamus.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent points out that during the pendency of the writ petition, the order was passed approving the appointment of the third respondent. Questioning the same, the petitioner is said to have filed W.P.(MD)No.10173 of 2019. It is also stated by the learned counsel for the third respondent that the said writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn on 06.12.2022.

4. I am satisfied that nothing survives for further adjudication. The Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
