ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to issue Destitute Widow Certificate to the petitioner based on her application dated 10.07.2017.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made a representation dated 10.07.2017 to issue a Destitute widow certificate. But, no action has been taken, thereafter, she made another representation on 05.04.2019. Sofar no action has been taken, hence the petitioner filed this present writ petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the order dated 11.04.2019 in Na.Ka.No.5299/2017/ A6 passed by the second respondent, wherein it has been stated that in Survey No.322/1 to an extent of 0.48.0 Acres (1 Acre 18 Cents) at Bodinayakkanur, Po.Ammapatti Village is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.8903 of 2019 in the name of the petitioner's husband. Further, the petitioner is having own house valuable for a sum Rs.10 lakhs. He further submitted that the petitioner is having care of her father and sibling, therefore, the petitioner is not eligible for the aforesaid certificate.

4.In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not received any order from the respondents.

5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 6.In view of the order passed by the second respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to serve the copy of the order to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
