O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] Counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal. Counsel states some time be given and the delay be condoned.

2.In view thereof, Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. If the application is filed before Debt Recovery Tribunal within a period of two weeks from the date the order is uploaded, the delay if any shall be deemed to have been condoned. Condonation of delay is also subject to petitioner paying another sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) within a period of one week from today. With the application, petitioner shall

also annexe a copy of the proof of payment of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only). There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim applications are closed.
