[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] Heard Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.S.Ravi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

2.This habeas corpus petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter, namely, Sivasakthi, daughter of Palaniappan, aged about 18 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

3.The petitioner is the mother of the detenue. It is her case that her daughter has left parental home on 18.07.2021, but subsequently, she did not back. Hence, she lodged a complaint with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.(MD) No.1048 of 2021 the second respondent and the same was registered in Crime No.247 of 2021. Since no effective steps were taken to secure the detenue, the present petition has been filed.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the detenue appeared before this Court through video conferencing from the Public Prosecutor's Office. On enquiry, she would state that she married the third respondent on 25.07.2021 in a temple situated at Thennampalayam, Tiruppur and she does not want to go with her mother, the petitioner herein.

5.In view of the above fact, we find that the detenue is not illegally detained by any body. Hence, we are of the opinion that no further adjudication is required in this habeas corpus petition and accordingly, the same stands dismissed.
