PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 05.05.2017 and to register and release petitioner's sale deed in respect of land situated in Survey No.102 to an extent of 3 Acres 17 cents at Keelakottai Revenue village, Chinnalapatti Sub-D, Athur Taluk, Dindigul District.

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 05.05.2017 and to register and release petitioner's sale deed in respect of land situated in Survey No.102 to an extent of 3 Acres 17 cents at Keelakottai Revenue village, Chinnalapatti sub-D, Athur Taluk, Dindigul District.

2.Mr.A.Muthukaruppan Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 05.05.2017 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the parties concerned, if any and pass appropriate orders within a period four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
