2.The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents states that the petition mentioned appeal will be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months. 3.Recording the said submission, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. All the contentions of the respective parties are left open.
