When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was submitted by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent that pursuant to the order in petition under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C, an FIR has also been registered.

2. In view thereof, nothing may survive for adjudication in this case, inasmuch as the present revision is filed challenging the order in the petition filed under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
