ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) read with Section 20(b)(ii)(B), 25, 29(1) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.1554 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 18.09.2018, the respondent police conducted a raid, at that time, the petitioner and other accused were found in joint possession of 7.00 kgs of ganja. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent. He did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Based on the confession statement of the second accused, the petitioner has been implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation is pending in this case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
