RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 8975 of 2022 dt 11/05/2022 in connection with Crime.No.94/2022 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. JEYAKUMARAN.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8975 of 2022 on 11.05.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and the investigation is still pending. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 8975 of 2022 on 11.05.2022 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month at about 10.30 am., until further orders.
