O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 2.By consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for disposal.

3.This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to initiate proceedings under Sections 107 and 145 of Cr.P.C against the third respondent and his henchmen. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have made a representation to the first respondent to take action against the third respondent, since no order has been passed.

5.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in this petition, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation given by the petitioners, dated 07.04.2017, after giving opportunity to both the petitioners and also to the third respondent and any order has to be passed after due consideration of the records within the appropriate time. It is made clear that contempt petition is not lie pursuant to any order passed by this Court.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
