O R D E R This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.918 of 2011 on the file of the 1st respondent police 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that based on the complaint given by the second respondent FIR in Crime No.918 oaf 2011 has been registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 397 of IPC against the petitioner and some others. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the case was registered in the year 2011, so far there is no progress.
3.The learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor would submit that final report has been filed before the concerned trial Court and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.336 of 2022. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
4.Since the final report has been filed before the concerned trial Court, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
