********** Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner through his counsel informs this Court that there is no rival claim as regards organising the petition mentioned event. The petitioner has already given an application to the second respondent for conducting the petition mentioned event. The learned counsel for the petitioner gives an undertaking that the organiser scrupulously adhering the conditions that may be imposed by the second respondent in letter and spirit.

3. We are not inclined to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to give any police protection as such, however, the second respondent will permit the petitioner to conduct the petition mentioned event. It is open to the second respondent to stipulate appropriate conditions and the same shall 2/4

be adhered to in letter and spirit by the petitioner herein. The learned Additional Government Pleader is directed to inform the second respondent about the passing of this order without waiting for the certified copy.
