O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.137/2020/A1 dated 08.09.2020, in and by which, the petitioner, who is working as a Sanitary Worker in the Rameshwaram Municipality was ordered to be transferred to Thirumangalam Municipality.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, after some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to go for a transfer from Rameshwaram Municipality to Ramanathapuram Municipality instead of Thirumangalam Municipality and such request may be considered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

For this, the learned standing counsel for the first respondent submitted that considering the request made by the petitioner, the first respondent is ready to transfer the petitioner to Ramanathapuram Municipality and appropriate orders to that effect will be passed within a period of one week from today.

4. In view of the said submissions, no further order is necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
