ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The complaint filed by the petitioner has been numbered as C.P.No.146 of 2019.

3. The learned standing counsel for the Commission submits that at present, the papers are not traceable.

4. If that be so, it is the duty of the first respondent to reconstruct the bundle. The first respondent can even call upon the petitioner to furnish the relevant photocopies, so that, the bundle can be reconstructed. In any event, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
