Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 307 and 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.272 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused person overtaking the defacto complainant's vehicle with rash and negligent manner. When the same was questioned by the defacto complainant, they attacked the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that there are 9 previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.Taking note of the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
