PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent in No.6083 / B1 / 2018, dated 25/10/2018 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequentially direct the respondents to follow as per present norms of seniority.

The present writ petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent, dated 25.10.2018 and to quash the same and to direct the respondents to follow the correct norms of seniority.
2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court that the Government has passed G.O in G.O(Ms)No.70, Higher Education (12) Department, dated 26.02.2021, wherein the Government has approved regular panel for the post of Head of Department/Electronics and 2/5
Communication Engineering in Government Polytechnic Colleges for the year 2018-19. Further, G.O(Ms)No.71, Higher Education (12) Department, dated 26.02.2021 has also been passed, wherein the Government has approved the regular panel for the post of Head of Department/Electronics and Communication Engineering in Government Polytechnic Colleges for the year 2018-19 consisting the names of 18 Lecturers.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the subsequent orders passed by the Government.
4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. The writ petitioner is at liberty to challenge the subsequent adverse Orders, if any, passed by the Government, in a manner known to law.
