situated Pandhalkudi Revenue Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District and it is presently sub-divided as 269/1A with an extent of 1-20.00 Ares.

ORDER

I have heard Mr.R.Murugappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2

2. The petitioner's request is only for expeditious disposal of pending appeal with the first respondent from 20.03.2024 onwards.

3. The petitioner has preferred the appeal before the first respondent aggrieved by the order of the second respondent dated 12.06.2023. The said appeal has been pending for over a year. 2/4

4. Considering the above, a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 20.03.2024, after hearing the petitioner as well the respondents 3 & 4 and pass final orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
