ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. According to the petitioner, based on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent, the third respondent is calling him frequently for enquiry and harassing him. Hence, this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submits that the petitioner was called for only enquiry purpose on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, that apart there was no harassment as alleged by the petitioner.
4. This Court heard both sides and perused the materials available.
5. The prayer in this petition is that to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. According to the respondents 1 to 3, based on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent as against the petitioner, they called the petitioner for enquiry, 2/5
apart from that, they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged by the petitioner.

Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the fourth respondent, recording the aforesaid submission of the respondent police that they have not harassed the petitioner and the petitioner was called only for enquiry, based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, directs the third respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint and disposed of the same within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
