Sir, Sub: CMP(MD)Nos.10456 of 2018 in CMA SR(MD)NO.10592 of 2018 on the file of the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai praying to condone the delay of 246 days in filing the CMA against the award dated 10.04.2017 in M.C.O.P No.290 of 2011 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kulithalai.

------ I am to state that by the order under reference, the aforesaid petitions filed to condone the delay of 246 days was ordered subject to the payment of cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.

I am to inform that the above said condition of this Court has not been complied with, within the stipulated time.
