Seeking to quash the charge sheet filed by the police before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.VI, Madurai in C.C.No.448 of 2020, the present Criminal Original Petition is filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police would contend that C.C.No.448 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.VI, Madurai, ended in acquittal on 16.11.2023 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.
