O R D E R
************ [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The relief sought for in this Writ petition cannot be granted as the Division Bench of this Court in an earlier occasion was pleased to restrict the pending complaints alone. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner was a party to the earlier Division Bench order, the objection could not be given within time. Thus, it was returned. Therefore, he prays that the petitioner may be permitted to give objections.
3.We are not inclined to consider the request made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. Any direction would amount to redeeming the order passed by the earlier Division Bench. However, the petitioner is given liberty to invoke Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 and file a petition before the appropriate authority within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As and when the said petition is filed, the same shall be disposed of, within a period of three [3] months thereafter.
4.The Writ Petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.(MD) No.20220 of 2018 is closed.
